Really good location near key transit options! Staff was friendly, responsive, and went the extra mile to accommodate.
Limited amenities with dated facilities! I experienced service issues regarding prepayment and room readiness that soured my stay.

I greatly enjoyed hotel's the best location!!
It was an ideal place, had competent and attentive staff with the female receptionist. Location: the hotel was right by trams. The place was a couple of blocks away from Ciro Passami L'olio, where you can have dinner.

Varied breakfasts, and incredibly nice staff.
Location just next door to Amsterdam, museums and the night life. Great food options.

The location is fantastic, providing easy access to trams and local dining options. The room was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including excellent shower facilities. Encountering bed bugs was a significant concern, and the staff's initial dismissal of the issue was unsettling. Even after moving to a smaller room without air conditioning, the experience was marred by a lack of follow-up from the personnel about the bug problem.

We like the location. It is near the center but realy quite and situated in good street. there are 2 supermarket nearby and bike rent
It was cold the days we spent in Amsterdam and it was a little cold in room. We traveled with 5 years child and she felt cold. It is recomended to have some electric hitters just for the case of such unusial weather in summer

We were satisfied with the hotel, since it's compared to other hotels cheap but still is clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good. We could even choose a different room since we were not so satisfied with the offered one. For the cheap prize it's a good hotel.
The bar on the other side of the street was open until late-people were sitting outside and talking. But that's Amsterdam. On one day the biscuits for breakfast were too hard.

Especially Mishlin. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram that connects you to all the city's gems!
100% recommend ❤️✨

Cleanliness
Poor service staff unfriendly and impolite. Unbeknown to me we had to pay a visitors tax on top of the bill this should have been made known beforehand. I would not recommend this hotel

good location and transport, silent environment, cleanliness
no reception service after 20:00; very small room with tiny table; the bathroom was uncomfortable: the door has neither lock nor handle(!) thus it was impossible to close, the washbasin was too small; the hi-fi service was unreliable, weak signal strength and it frequently disonnected; the quallity of the TV image was poor; the hotel is good for sleeping but not for staying

Unexpected challenges during stay
The staff was friendly and eager to assist. I appreciated the clean bathroom and the tasty breakfast options that started my day right. I even enjoyed a cozy moment in a well-decorated room!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked well. There was a nice selection of foods for breakfast. The location was very good - walking distance to the entertainment district and the museum district, and 15 minutes to Centraal Station by tram. All four of us would happily stay there again! :-)
One thing to look out for is that if your room is upstairs the stairs are very steep. This is because they over 100 years old and are protected so they cannot be changed by the hotel.
